About the Role

We're looking for a frontend developer who cares about craft. You'll build marketing websites, landing pages, and the occasional web app—working closely with designers to bring interfaces to life with smooth interactions and performance that holds up. Our stack shifts project to project—HTML/CSS/JS one week, Astro the next, React after that. Flexibility matters here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build responsive, high-converting marketing sites and landing pages
  • Implement animations and interactions using GSAP, CSS, and JS
  • Work across stacks—vanilla HTML/CSS/JS, Astro, Next.js, React
  • Collaborate with designers to match intent, not just mockups
  • Optimise for performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
  • Occasionally build frontend for web applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years frontend development—primarily websites, not apps
  • Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals
  • Proficient in GSAP; comfortable with scroll-triggered animations, page transitions
  • Experience with React/Next.js and/or Astro
  • Eye for detail—matches designs pixel-level, notices when easing feels off

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with Three.js or WebGL
  • Experience with headless CMS, Webflow, or Framer
